Eligibility: The following Maryland entities are eligible to submit applications under LETS: • Local Law Enforcement • State Law Enforcement • Local State’s Attorney’s Offices • Maryland Attorney’s General Office Scholarships may range up to $5,000 per individual, per course. Note: An agency's total fiscal year LETS request cannot exceed $5,000.

Eligibility: The following entities in Maryland are eligible to submit an application for RSAT funding: • Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) • Maryland Department of Juvenile Services (DJS) • Local Detention Centers Only one application may be submitted per agency.

Deadline: All applications must be submitted via the Grant Management System (GMS) no later than 11:59 PM on Friday, October 17, 2025. Please note this includes all required documents as described in the NOFA Checklist.
