Eligibility: The following Maryland entities are eligible to submit applications under LETS: • Local Law Enforcement • State Law Enforcement • Local State’s Attorney’s Offices • Maryland Attorney’s General Office Scholarships may range up to $5,000 per individual, per course. Note: An agency's total fiscal year LETS request cannot exceed $5,000.

Eligibility: The following MD entities are eligible to submit one application provided they meet the additional required eligibility in the NOFA: -Certified Rape Crisis Centers -Certified Comprehensive Domestic Violence Programs -Designated Child Advocacy Centers -Local government Agencies -Non-profit Faith-based Organizations -Non-profit Institutes of Higher Learning -Non-profit Victim Services Organizations -State Government Agencies -Designated Statewide Victim Service Coalitions
